Yeah, I used it for that reason, but also because the colors at the time did not go well together.
My theme here is to present the idea of how students would cram so many things at the last minute only to fail in trying to actually cram all their work.
With this in mind, it doesn't matter what color I use; as long as the final work is something I am contended with, then I post it here.
So, you intentionally used sepia to make this picture look old even though it isn't themed or supposed to be that way?
Concept and execution must go together. Color being one of the principles of design is an important factor, so if you use a tone that doesn't match everything else, it clearly won't work.
Btw, "contended" would be the wrong word, it's probably content you are looking for buddy.
I agree with that, but my concept of sepia is different.
For me, if I limit sepia to your rigid concept, then I limit myslef in what art I can capture.
I don't mind using sepia this way, and it's sad that we have different views, but it's nice to see your coming up to me to present your idea of it.
Btw, I noticed that as soon as you created your account, you've been using it to only comment on my works. Thanks so much for the attention.
It's contented. I pressed the d instead of the t by accident.
Thanks for the heads up ^_^
My friend it isn't my concept, it's a norm. There are rules or limitations in doing things correctly. If you take photos without the basics, how can it be proper. Unless, of course you want to break em, for example breaking the rule of thirds, but doing something like this requires a purpose or good reason. Using it coz you want and its cool, isn't the best choice.
Oh yeah buddy, this account is ALL for you, i love you and your talent.
Btw, t and d are kinda far. Anyway, you're welcome.
And even though I know how very far apart we are, it helps to think we might be wishing on the same bright star. And when the night winds start to sing a lonesome lullaby, it helps to think we're sleeping underneath the

Laoshi Lydia doesn't mind photos taken in class
