Earlier last night [August 17] at 2300 hours...
The fate of a thousand Xavier High School students would be decided by PAG-ASA when they would give the report wether or not there should be classes today.
At 2315 hours... the press conference hadn't even started...
At 2320 hours... the press conference had been underway as officials give all the boring technical aspects of the typhoon's path, windspeed and location.
At 2330 hours... the decision breaks out.
Looks like we didn't stay up late for nothing.
